All sales are final and there are no refunds. Due  to demand for our product, exchanges can only be made within 7 days of receiving your order  in original packaging , resell-able condition with sales receipt. Please send us an email at sales@totallyrawextensions.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Product exchange will be for stock items only. 

Do not send your hair without emailing us first to confirm the return. We will provide you with a shipping address to send your return package to. 

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Totally Raw Extensions  was the party at fault. If for any reason we decide to offer you a refund and it’s not an error made by us, you will be charge a 20% restocking fee from your total order. 

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.  We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed or cut).
Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or cutting hair ties or rubber bands.  If it’s determined that Totally Raw Extensions  is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
